Your Role as an Insurance Sales Representative


As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. Your primary responsibility will be to build lasting relationships with our customers, helping them protect what matters most to them.


A Typical Day in Your Role



  1. You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, or email.
  2. You will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies on a daily basis.
  3. You will manage and build customer relationships while meeting insurance sales targets.
  4. You will follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  5. You will conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will bring significant value to our organization. Key qualifications include:



  • No prior experience is required; we offer applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of:



  • A salary range of $45,000 - $61,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health care spending account.

  • 3 weeks' vacation and 14 wellness days.
