SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Business Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of business projects across various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organizational structures;
- Conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards;
- Planning the re-organization of operations to optimize efficiency;
- Supervising staff to ensure effective teamwork and productivity;
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Training staff to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Oversseeing the development of communication strategies to promote transparency and engagement;
- Managing knowledge to ensure that best practices are shared and implemented across the organization;
- Offering mentoring and coaching to support the growth and development of team members;
Additionally, you will be responsible for directing and advising staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies. You will also oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders;
- Proven experience in project coordination, with a focus on strategic planning and execution;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Valid driver's license and own transportation;
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business administration or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or public sector organization.
