About the Role:

As a Financial Collections Specialist at goeasy Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to collect overdue accounts by negotiating repayment plans with customers, ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' situations, needs, and offer solutions.
  • Perform outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts.
  • Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts.
  • Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
  • Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans.
  • Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills.
  • Negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, collections, or a target-driven call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment.
  • Availability to work full-time in our office in Pickering, ON.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; No weekends
