About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Consulting Project Manager to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates. As a key member of our operations management consulting firm, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to design and implement Management Operating Systems, ensuring measurable and sustainable operational and financial results.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop evaluation and measurement methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
  • Identify and deliver additional revenue opportunities for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Operations, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Preferred Skills and Capabilities
  • Total proficiency in MS suites, including the ability to develop presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing Power BI.
  • PROSCI certified / Change Management designation.
  • Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
  • Experience working with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
