Job Description

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless environment
  • Dusting furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to eliminate dust and dirt
  • Making beds and changing sheets to provide a clean and comfortable space for guests
  • Distributing clean towels and toiletries to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Stocking linen closets to maintain an adequate supply of linens
  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Disinfecting operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene
  • Cleaning and disinfecting elevators to prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt
  • Handling and reporting lost and found items to ensure prompt resolution
  • Attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Providing basic information on facilities to guests and staff
  • Picking up debris and emptying trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Washing windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean appearance
  • Cleaning changing rooms and showers to provide a clean and safe space for guests
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks. They should also possess excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, or kneel when necessary.
