Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our team at goeasy Ltd in Mississauga. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and corporate office staff, resolving technical issues and implementing solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve Level 1/2 problem tickets escalated by the Service Desk or other areas.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems and issues of small to medium complexities for desktop/laptop systems, mobiles, printers, and meeting room technology.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, installing and configuring applications and software on desktops/laptops, tablets, and mobiles.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, and office meeting room equipment.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party vendors to resolve technical issues and participate in an on-call rotation schedule for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assist in the setup of audio and video equipment for Teams virtual and hybrid meetings.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience in a medium to large professional organization.
  • Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, imaging systems, and ticketing systems.
  • Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, Intune, JAMF, Crestron devices, and MTR devices is an asset.
