We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Canada, ULC.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and system security.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on web server administration and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft certified technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
