About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to join our team at VA Capital, a commercial mortgage brokerage. The successful candidate will report to the Vice-president Risk and Funding and be responsible for providing analytical thinking and solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective loan servicing strategies to optimize portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in loan servicing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
