Warehouse Associate

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products within our warehouse environment.
You will be responsible for working with precision and attention to detail to ensure that all products are handled with care and delivered to customers within the stipulated timelines.
This position requires a valid Reach forklift license and prior experience in warehouse operations. You will work 50% on the forklift and 50% on general labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and offload incoming shipments with utmost care and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming shipments to identify any damages or discrepancies and report them promptly.
- Organize and arrange products systematically on shelves or in designated areas of the warehouse to optimize storage space.
- Ensure that products are stored in the correct location and labeled appropriately to facilitate easy retrieval when needed.
- Pick and pack products meticulously for outgoing shipments while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Accurately prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Skillfully operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment that promotes productivity and enhances safety.
- Strictly comply with all safety regulations and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Must possess the ability to lift heavy weights up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must-have trait for this role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are highly desirable.
- Should be able to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaborative relationships.
- Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment and machines, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, is required.
- Valid Reach forklift license.
