Financial Operations Coordinator

As a Bookkeeper at Bristlefront Global Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Record, classify, and report all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Accounting System Maintenance: Maintain and update our accounting system, including general ledgers and financial records, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
