About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management and financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
