Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES CANADA ULC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, including staffing, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee the branch's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the HVAC wholesale industry and its operations.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
