Culinary Team Lead for Indian Tiffin Edmonton

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Indian Tiffin in Edmonton. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.
About the JobThis permanent position offers 30 hours of work per week, providing a great balance between work and personal life. The ideal candidate will have excellent initiative, judgement, and reliability skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The successful applicant will have prior experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role, and will be proficient in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. Strong attention to detail is essential in this position, as well as the ability to inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
