About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Boston Pizza Ironwood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Culinary Skills

Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Kitchen Operations

Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
