The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience in using accounting software applications, such as Business Central, is an asset.

This role involves entering invoices in the accounting system for payments, ensuring correct approval, coding, and matching. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, acting as a liaison between operations and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Ensure accurate and efficient payment processing
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve account-related issues
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
