This role requires a highly motivated individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of retail projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

The Retail Implementation Manager (RIM) leads and manages multiple retail implementation projects simultaneously, working closely with internal design and engineering teams, project managers, sub-contractors, architects, and vendors.

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Assist in the bidding processes and evaluate proposals
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain brand standards

This role involves traveling to installation sites, client meetings, trade associations, and vendor partners as required.
