About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced account growth manager to join our team at KION Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and automation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts to drive revenue retention and growth.
  • Pursue long-term account strategies that maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
  • Perform customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
  • Provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share, and price levels.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
  • Typically, 5-8 years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingsness for business travel within Canada.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.
