Job Responsibilities
  • Read and assemble ERLPhase products according to assembly instructions
  • Assist Engineering in the build and documentation of prototype units
  • Operate automated test, HiPot and HASS environmental test systems
  • Participate in incoming inspection processes and ongoing quality control checks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A technical post-secondary education with related supplemental training and/or experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in assembly and test of electronic assemblies in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail reinforcing ERLPhase quality standards and practices
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing practices and terminology, including ESD, HiPot, burn-in, SMT, AOI and other industry terminology
  • Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity and soldering skills are a must
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in written and oral English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, databases, and Outlook
