Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Recruit Hub Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
