Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Director, Managers and staff in the Emergency Health Program Management and Delivery Branch.
- Deliver high-level client service and administrative support services.
- Organize and manage incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and prepare corresponding documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
- Familiarity with financial administration and management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
