Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Managers and staff in the Emergency Health Program Management and Delivery Branch.
  • Deliver high-level client service and administrative support services.
  • Organize and manage incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and prepare corresponding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with financial administration and management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
