About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at BIG BEN CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Manage budgets and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs, and oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
