About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Crystal Kitchens Ltd. as a key member of our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Procurement and Contract Management
    • Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
    • Manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods or services.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and review reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1 to 20 people, depending on the business needs.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and a strong work ethic.
    • Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve business objectives.
    Requirements
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
