Occupational Therapist

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in St. as a part-time employee or independent contractor. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
- Apply a client-centered approach to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
- Utilize community resources to support client care
- Adapt to new computer applications and technology
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional
