Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at 6383255 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and gas metal arc welding (GMAW).
  • Repair and maintain metal and wood components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, including oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and gas metal arc welding (GMAW).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
