Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites and office environments.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Project Management Software: Experience with project management software, including MS Project and Primavera.
  • Database Software: Familiarity with database software, including Google Drive and LinkedIn.
Area of Work Experience
  • Project Coordination: Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Area of Specialization
  • Project Management: Specialization in project management, including planning, execution, and control.
