Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying products and maintaining store displays.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced urban retail environment with a team-oriented atmosphere.
