Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging.
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
  • Remove bones from meat and wrap and package prepared meats.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a meat processing environment, preferably in a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
