Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Remax Gold Realty. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our real estate agents and brokers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents. You will also be tasked with reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Additionally, you will assist with arranging travel itineraries, making reservations, and providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have 1 year of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the real estate industry. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential. A post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
