About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Abbadi Professional Corp. This role is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services, assist in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement New Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Co-ordinate Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Controls: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, integrity, team player, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and electronic mail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail. The work term is permanent with 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
