The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members
  • Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures
  • Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
