Job Title: Cashier Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cashier Assistant to join our retail team at Cork`n Bottle Beer, Wine and Spirits Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while operating the cash register efficiently.

This is a full-time position working approximately 35-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $30,000-$35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Cashier Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all store policies and procedures
  • Assisting with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
