About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager - Home & Commercial will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability for Yankee Candle's Home & Commercial segment. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales growth and profitability for the Home & Commercial segment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand management and product development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
