We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our client care team, you'll be responsible for managing a multi-doctor schedule, handling client communications, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a bright, tech-savvy, and caring professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Manage a multi-doctor schedule and handle client communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist with nutrition and diet selections, and provide education tips and resources to clients
- Triaging emergencies and fostering a compassionate practice-to-patient bond
- Perform administrative duties, including collecting and scanning records
