About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Child Care Operations Manager to join our team in Prince George. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage our Child Care programs within the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Child Care Coordinators to achieve operational goals and deliver the business plan for all Child Care programs within the region.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, children, and families to ensure a culture of quality child care and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies that drive program success and improve outcomes for children.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures related to child care licensing and protection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles within child care settings.
  • Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
