Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at PRINCE INDIA CATERING LTD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
