Job Title: Regional Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Controller to join our team at Black & McDonald. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function for the Southern Ontario Region, as well as providing national finance leadership to our Construction operations across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Southern Ontario Region and Construction operations
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and data
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
Requirements:
- CPA designation or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles
- Proven track record of financial leadership and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
