Your skills will play a crucial role in the success of our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to service calls and assisting external contractors.
  • Assisting other technicians and maintenance personnel when required.
  • Maintaining reverse osmosis systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on ventilation systems to prevent downtime.
  • Responsible for neutralization systems and wastewater management.
  • Verifying the PDM system for animal rooms to ensure compliance.
  • Operating in the 'BAS' automated building system to maximize efficiency.
  • Taking differential pressure readings in the Vivarium to monitor air quality.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A DEP or DEC degree in Building Mechanics or Electromechanics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

This role is located at our facility in Senneville, QC, Canada (H9X 1C1). We offer a free shuttle service and free parking for employees.
