We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Northern Star Hotel & Convention Center. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and convention spaces.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms, public areas, and convention spaces
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
