About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Real Estate Brokerage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles on market trends and analysis
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other marketing materials
  • Design market research questionnaires and develop portfolio of marketing materials
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites
  • Develop and implement business plans and maintain and manage digital database
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills and initiative
