Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Construction Labourer to join our team at Long Lake Landscape Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other structures
  • Assisting in framing houses and building roofs
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Tending to machines and equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, and earplugs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or a related field
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols
