Service Desk Support Analyst

Black Diamond Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software
- Configure and maintain user accounts and access control security devices
- Assist with security audits and testing
- Monitor and report on technical incidents and trends
- Computer Science degree or diploma with demonstrated experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate IT environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office365 administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Office environment with prolonged sitting and computer use
- Crawling under desks and lifting up to 50 lbs
