Job Title: Service Desk Support Analyst

Black Diamond Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Configure and maintain user accounts and access control security devices
  • Assist with security audits and testing
  • Monitor and report on technical incidents and trends
Requirements:
  • Computer Science degree or diploma with demonstrated experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate IT environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office365 administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Office environment with prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Crawling under desks and lifting up to 50 lbs
