About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Risk Management Professional with expertise in logistics to support our compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in risk management, internal auditing, or legal advisory.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry standards, advising the company on necessary changes.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce the company's compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage vendor onboarding processes, assess vendor capacity and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the company's operations in transportation and logistics.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and reporting tools.
