Our engineering division is a Transport Canada authorized Design Approval Organization (DAO), while our maintenance division is a Transport Canada authorized Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO).

Job Description

This role involves reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations (Canada). The Senior Sales Representative will be part of various divisions, including Avionics, Components, Engineering, Engine Shop, and MRO.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and identify new opportunities to solicit new clients for the components shop, avionics shop, and MRO locations.
  2. Identify new potential external customers, establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with a focus on customer retentions.
  3. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  4. Promote and identify new opportunities to solicit new and existing clients.
  5. Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum (internal program). Work closely with relevant team members.
  6. Consult with client after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  7. Coordinate, monitor and follow up on invoicing activities as required.
  8. Monitor and report day-to-day industry updates, events, and activities relevant to the company's market presence.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possess the aptitude to quickly understand our clients' business and operational activities and capabilities.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the aviation industry.
