At Infotek Consulting Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Policy Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our organization by overseeing all U.S. policy addendums from a content perspective.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in technical writing, specifically in policy and procedure documentation within the information technology space. A bachelor's degree and/or extensive relevant experience is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Authoring new U.S. Addendums based on input from U.S. policy owners;
  • Reviewing and updating content related to existing Addendums as they are being renewed;
  • Ensuring compliance and consistency of all policy documents with FFEIC guidelines;
  • Active monitoring of renewals and material changes of Global policies which might trigger changes to U.S. Addendums;
  • Conducting policy writing training and workshops for all policy owners;
  • Serving as liaison between GTA U.S. and U.S. Risk Governance and Policy (
