**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Investment Solutions Group at HOOPP. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to support the organization's strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and automated cloud infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS cloud environments to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead key initiatives that require interfacing with internal customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, design, plan and implement reliable and secure solutions that meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and cross IT functional teams to integrate and optimize cloud-based applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes for cloud provisioning, configuration, and management.
  • Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and processes.

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and/or Software Development with a focus on system administration and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Cloud Platform, and Snowflake, with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with CI/CD and IT automation tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS Code Pipeline/CodeCommit/CodeDeploy, Artifactory etc.).
  • In-depth conceptual knowledge and practical hands-on expertise in Cloud-based, serverless and microservice-based architecture, cloud infrastructure and technologies, scripting and IaC tools (JSON, YAML, Python, PowerShell, Node.js, Terraform, etc.).
