At Toptable Group, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Il Caminetto. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage the waiting list and communicate with guests who are waiting
  • Maintain a clean and organized floor chart with available tables
  • Anticipate customers' needs and provide direct assistance where possible
  • Support service staff as needed to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a guest-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Professional presentation and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
