We are looking for a skilled Financial Officer at Bonjour Infotech to handle various financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Prepare cheques for payroll, manage company funds, and maintain accurate records.
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate reports on company financial performance, including balance sheets and income statements.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Quick Books.
