Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at ALIA RIZVI. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

The Family Caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, household management, and companionship to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing nutritious meals and snacks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Manage household chores, including laundry, cleaning, and organization
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
