Role Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Senior Financial Advisor in our Toronto team, where you will be responsible for executing and advising on transactions across multiple industries and product types. You will work closely with our top bankers to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will:

  • Execute M&A and advisory transactions, as well as equity and debt financings
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, including business plans and valuations
  • Draft offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses
  • Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships through active participation in client meetings and communications

Required Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • The capacity to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
  • A resourceful self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary range of $135,000 - $155,000 CAD, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required for this role.
