About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for Group Benefits. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by providing exceptional service and support.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires working 37.5 hours per week. The role involves managing a high volume of client inquiries, delivering clear and accurate responses, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported. You will work in a dynamic environment where problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client calls with dedication to accuracy and timeliness, aiming to meet client needs and exceed their service expectations.
  • Apply customer service expertise to deliver clear, accurate responses and solutions while adhering to industry regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving abilities to effectively assist clients.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
  • High School Diploma required; College or University degree considered an asset.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in an information center, retail, or service-oriented setting.
Benefits
  • $25.04 hourly salary.
  • 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday, with rotational schedule Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm.
Training Program

You will undergo a 9-week paid training program, including a structured nesting period to build confidence and expertise in the role. Training hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Upon completion, you will transition to regular support hours and begin with Health-related inquiries, gaining deep knowledge and specialized skills. Additional training for Dental inquiries will be provided after six months in the role.
